All 378win accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. 378win does not charge currency conversion fees; however, payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which 378win accepts no responsibility.

378win accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits that may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 378win does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — is not permitted. • Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in Section 5 of these Terms.
• Any third-party content, products, or services linked to or referenced on the 378win platform.

Where 378win's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total value of real money funds held in your 378win account at the time the relevant claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by 378win.

Either party may terminate a 378win account in accordance with the following provisions:

You may close your 378win account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules, and any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
